Comments from Members

Just to let you know - I have signed up with you and only been on-line for three days and every day I get at least one enquiry! The value of your site can't be compared to some of the other advertising I've mistakenly been offered, taken and PAID for! I look forward to many future bookings!!!  Thanks!!!

Hi Team,
Just a quick line to let you know that I have received 2 confirmed bookings from your web site. I have received over 90 hits in just over a month. What can I say - a BIG thank you to you all. Keep up the good work.

Dear Chris, thanks for this information - it will spur me to do a bit of an update.  It also prompts me to thank you for letting us be included on your site which has recently brought us another booking.  This time a couple from the Netherlands who will stay with us in December.  Keep up the good work.

Thanks all who have sent in wonderful comments.  We appreciate it very much, and will continue to work hard in promoting your business.

Thanks for YOUR response, but this was the second attempt I made to contact [B&B Name] - to neither inquiry did they respond. Not sure how a business stays in operation when it does not interact with and respond to its customers.
Interestingly - or not - this seems to be the norm for B&B's in Australia as a mere 1/3 of those I emailed have responded - what is up with that? I appreciate your time, but I have booked another property. Happy Holidays!

Well, not a good experience for someone looking to book that next great holiday.  Do you really think this is the 'norm' in our industry??? does handle hundreds of bookings online for our members.  We rely very much on our members to respond in a quick and courteous manner.  It is your responsibility to reply to the enquires as quickly as possible.  Let us know what you think on this issue.  What can we do to improve this perception amongst travellers?  Send us an email!
